The team is always there to answer any questions or concerns we might have! They are very knowledgeable in their field of expertise as well!! We love them so much that I would totally recommend this product/service for anyone looking into web development services. There was nothing about our experience dealing directly wtih clientwhy's (our developer)that wasn't great at all. ! I like that they are able to help me plan my newsletter so it is very easy for clients to read as well! They also have been great in keeping up-to date with all of our current needs/changes we need implemented throughout 2018 tax season. Nothing really!! We use them because their services do not cost us anything extra compared to other companies out there who charge you monthly fees or additional costs per transaction etc.. You get what you pay for right?
