Not bad, but there are better ones, longer ones.
This material is ok. I prefer tasteless. It doesn't work as well for me as Polygrip Free. It takes 1/2 the time and I can taste the mint the whole time while it's in my mouth. It's annoying to try to remove if you haven't left it for a long time, but it's not terrible.
