Review on Inverter for plasma cutting BRIMA CUT-40 by Micha Gabriel Czajko ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

I work in a workshop for the manufacture of forged products. Now many enterprises order interesting forged figures from us, and we also often make fences, gates to private houses, etc. Previously, they gave metal-roll for cutting to special enterprises. But it turned out to be very expensive, so we decided that we needed to purchase our own plasma cutter. Never regretted it, it works just fine. This one apparatus, one might say, replaces a bunch of others - the same grinder, gas burner. Because with the help of a plasma cutter it is easy to cut the edges of forged products. I have been working lately with a large order, with 4 mm metal, at 20 amperes I cut with Brima, without particularly straining. I would like to note that in CUT-40 there is a contact ignition of the arc. For beginners - at the moment of ignition of the arc, the nozzle must be in contact with the metal. It is necessary to work at a distance of 3-4 mm, then everything turns out perfectly. Of course, then we still process the cuts mechanically, but this is not necessary for every job. The device is efficient and economical, they used to work with oxygen cutting. So our plasma cutter works 2 times faster. Reliable, uncomplicated and easy to operate
