The best part about working for this organization is their team of knowledgeable professionals who are always willing share knowledge with me when I am struggling or confused by something they may not fully understand themselves. Honestly, it's hard sometimes to find someone at DD who has experience in a particular area but knows how to communicate what they know rather than just talking down to you because 'they're better' (even though we all can be improved). That being said, the worst thing about working here is having supervisors/managers who don't care enough to train new employees properly. There aren't enough training sessions available so new hires have no idea how to perform basic tasks such as copy editing etc. You must attend an endless amount of mandatory meetings where there will never be time dedicated towards teaching any skillset outside of writing articles or creating marketing content. If you want proper guidance then look elsewhere - otherwise expect to work extremely long hours and.
