Cheap Internal Components
This was the cheapest RAM on Amazon. start made sure it was complete along with everything else, but it didn't load. I had to remove it, start the computer, then turn it off and put it back in, and then it started. Probably just user error or the system couldn't read it at first. Anyway, now it works and 16 gigabytes of RAM often runs my games. More quickly.
