This is the worst investment I have ever made. The plunger is like a toy, a toy that doesn't work. It's too small to work under normal conditions and when you push the plunger it doesn't return to its original position. It just stays in the stowed position because the material it's made of feels like hard pseudo-rubber rather than rubber. It would look good as a decoration if you didn't have to use it (and I think the manufacturer hopes so. If you buy it and then have to use the pestle after the 30 day return period is over, you'll be stuck with a piece of junk) I don't know why Revain will continue to let you sell this product on their website. It's embarrassing.
