I gave my feet a spa treatment after this pedicure tool. First, I soaked my feet in warm water with Dead Sea salt, lavender, and tea tree oil. After drying my feet, I used this pedicure tool to buff the areas where I get calluses on the balls of my feet and heels. It worked great to remove the hardened skin that appears in those areas. I also get bumps on the tips of my toes. It wasn't so easy to use in small areas. Thanks to the wide bolster, it really adapts to the soles of the feet. I wouldn't use it if I had diabetes but luckily it's not a problem for me. I check often to make sure I'm not getting carried away. I don't want to create a sore point by removing too much skin. You get 3 reels, a USB power cord and a very brief instruction manual. This is enough to deal with the average callus.
