Seems to curl better than straighten
This straightener is mostly as expected. It heats up very well and straightens my hair (thick and frizzy) well, it seemed to curl better than straighten. It's not the best iron I've owned, but for the price it's functional and a very nice color. I was disappointed that the platters had chipped slightly around the edges, but that didn't cause any problems in use.
