This light is a jewel! Incredibly easy to use. I've never owned a flash as this is my first, I don't have a lot to do but I've only had good experiences using it with my Sony and the remote trigger receiver set I have. Therefore. The lighting spreads out, illuminating my subject and background. Works together and releases on time with my camera. Keeps cool even if I use it a lot. I forgot to mention how well it darkens! The dimmer works in steps, so it's easy to go up or down a few degrees to get the lighting right. I really like how much I can control it, it's a great flash.
