This is a nice little safe for what it is meant to be. This safe is not fireproof, waterproof, anti-theft or heavy. It's just a safe to protect valuables or documents from prying eyes or those looking for a simple account while rummaging through your belongings in a hurry. It snaps into place perfectly and the electric combo is easy to set up and use. For added security, it can be screwed to a wall or floor from inside the safe. I would recommend this as it's easy to take it out the door if someone wants to do this. He won't let in the average kid, teenager, or anyone who wants to without leaving a mark on them. A real thief or a real person with the time and tools can hack with enough persistence. If pulled out and dropped from a high enough height, it will likely break. But you can screw it on for that. This may all sound like a negative review but to be honest I just want everyone to know that this is a great basic safe and will make my purchase again. For the price and what I wanted this is a great buy. Safe for my purposes and does what it says on the tin very well. Enough space for the most important things in life. Jewelry, revolvers, documents or something else. Has a shelf that can divide the storage in half. For a basic vault I think Amazon has done a great job.
