The product works for electric vehicles! However, do not buy the adapter type, but buy the cable connector

Product works exactly as intended and works well. Please note that I am not sticking with the 2ft or 4ft model of this product. My only complaint about the product is that the short adapter easily falls out of the tt-30p connectors when plugged into a Tesla charger. Too much weight and buying a longer wired version of the product solves this problem. I'll give him a chance to see if this continues to be an issue.
