We bought a Badgy 200 to print badges for new employees. We provide healthcare to the elderly at home and it is important that our ID cards are easily identifiable and legible. Badgy does both very well. We only print 5-7 cards a week so we don't need a heavy duty printer and it only takes a few minutes to print. We are very happy with the resolution, color and clarity. The program is easy to use and we can use photos that come from a webcam, mobile phone or from social media sources. This is a very simple process. Regarding support, we had an issue with our computer not recognizing the printer on initial installation. We contacted tech support and they responded within 12 hours and fixed the issue very quickly. This is far better customer service than other tech companies. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend it to others.
