I bought these shoes for my husband because the design on the side caught my eye. He doesn't really like wearing huge logos on clothes or shoes - and usually looks for things that are different from what everyone else has. It seemed to check both fields. There is no big catch. Not Vance. etc. It was a bit risky because they are red, but I knew they would look great with jeans. Anyway, he LOVES her and gets tons of compliments. Since then he has also bought a black pair and wears them almost every day. He can wear them to work, to dinner, etc. because although they're casual, the design allows him to spice them up a bit if he wants to. Perhaps most interestingly, our teenage daughter now wants a pair too.
