Review on Relax and Rejuvenate with the Conair 3-in-1 Neck and Back Massager by Jessica Bryant

So disappointed I couldn't return this item. Received it on Wednesday and was going to use it on Thursday. I opened the battery compartment and saw yellow stains around the compartment and all the material was torn. Real signs of wear can also be seen along the armrest. I cannot contact them and I am very frustrated about this. I would never buy a product this used and I am ashamed that Revain did this to a customer.
