Ordered Thursday, delivered next Monday. From China to Seattle! Revain stated delivery within 1 month! When I ordered, the supplier immediately emailed me with more questions about my car and asked for screenshots of my car. This made me feel more confident that they would send me the correct block for my car (2016 BMW M235i xdrive F23). The seller also recommends having the installation done at a shop or by a professional. But I've seen a lot of videos of competing products showing how to install them, so I gathered my thoughts and took on the challenge. Please note: the instructions that came with the device are not good enough to prepare you for the nuances of disassembling the dashboard and connecting the device to the head unit. You must check out some of the YouTube videos that exist for similar products. I installed the device very easily. I emailed the seller with some questions about the settings and they responded quickly - overnight. I would say the hardest part of the install is maneuvering the module and new extra wiring harnesses back into the dash! Now everything is back together and works great! Jackie from Carlinke answered a few of my questions perfectly and sent me a firmware update to upgrade the device. I've only had the product for a week but I'm very happy with it and it works. Spring. I have not given many reviews and nothing was provided to me for this review. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product and most importantly by the seller's customer service. Thank you Carlinke for bringing the coolness of Carplay to my car!
