First a little joke, given how cheap these things are to make I can't justify a 5 star rating on any of these devices that cost over $5. The problem is, you won't find them for less than $5. It's one of those niche products that's subject to a "craft tax" that seems to apply to certain types of products. "Decent scissors: $10. The same pair of scissors with the word "Craft" in the title: $30.” You got the idea. However, it works well for small screws and objects. It doesn't seem to deform much on the lid unless it's actually loaded (or overloaded), so the dividers do the job pretty well. It's not a construction grade product, I think it's more of a junk drawer organizer or an organizer for small electronics and screws (which is what I use it for). For that it works perfectly.
