I wish I had bought this a few weeks ago. This pump worked great! We build a pool and the rain comes and fills up with enough water to be very uncomfortable and annoying when a dog gets in. Do not cut the garden hose! With 3 adapter nozzles, you can attach one to the end of the included hose and screw onto the hose for extra reach. It wasn't airtight, but it was good enough. (A newer garden hose or squeegee would likely fix the leak.) After trying buckets and a vacuum, I'm very happy with this little pump.
