I'm not a runner but I love to hike and hate being weighed down by a backpack. This running belt is way better than it looks on the internet. It's a nice thick, stretchy, durable fabric and feels like it has a lot of substance but is light enough not to feel overpowering. There are many pockets, 4 in total, very spacious and convenient! I can safely leave my cell phone, ID, debit card, house/car keys here. There is also a clip for your keys if you have them on your keychain and you can then clip it to your belt as well. I love that it is best worn over the waistband of my leggings. It's flat, but I prefer my leggings to flatten my waist before putting them on. Holds well without pinching! I suppose this will stay, great for running if good for hiking, great alternative for carrying bags or weighing bags down! It would also be perfect if you are on a day trip to a busy place and don't want to take your purse with you! You will see from my photos that it was packaged very well. The ONLY thing I don't like is that it looks like a luon fabric which picks up lint very easily but that's forgivable!
