Solid pump. It feels like a quality product and moves some water. I've purchased some other 'cheap' pumps from amazon and this one is my favorite so far. I got the 130gph pump as well. Both are used for water changes, mixing salt water, quarantine tanks, etc. The other pumps I would not put in my display tank to run everyday but this one I'd consider if I wasn't running hydor koraila's and was looking for a single stream.
