I mix this with a cup of 2% milk and a tablespoon of yogurt for breakfast every morning. It fills me up for four to five hours – liquid meals have never existed before. In my opinion, there is no need to add anything else, such as bananas or nut butter. Yogurt is good for the gut. The chocolate is excellent, rich and full-bodied (although I haven't tried the others). It takes some stirring to bring it together and it gets a bit thick and frothy, but letting it sit for a minute or two after stirring helps. (Maybe you could blend it the night before and then blend before drinking the next morning.) I haven't tried using a blender. A five pound container is a lot cheaper per serving than buying smaller packs. I am a regular customer and have bought a five pound container many times. (Buy a single portion pack of two or three flavors to see if you like it.)
