This app helped me solve problems fast
I like the ease of use and the ability to customize the service. I also like how the software is constantly improving and adding new features. I dislike the fact that I have to pay for the software. I wish it was free. I also dislike the fact that I can't have a live chat with the customer service. I wish I could have a live chat with a customer service representative. I also wish I had more options to customize my service. I am solving the problem of having to leave my home to walk my dog. I enjoy being able to customize my service to my clients needs.
Pros
- The program works great
- It's easy enough where even an elderly person (like me) without computer experience, will be easily capable.
- Easy installation process very user friendly interface; not hard at all!
Cons
- Customer Service reps are rarely available via phone or email
- Can only do 1 day per week visits due limitations in scheduling
