This product has helped us keep up to date in regards of our dogs health records! It's very easy to use - even for someone who isn't tech savvy! The interface makes it so I can see everything at once in one place without having to scroll through pages of text or images. There are many features like being able to add multiple dogs/cats into your account (you don't have to be an existing client) as well as adding clients directly from other programs such as Outlook and Excel. I like how easy it was to use! It's very user friendly for both owners as well as dogs/pups themselves (if they are trained). There isn't much dislike about this program at all; however there could be some minor improvements made in terms of ease-of-use overall but other than those few things everything has been great so far!!
