I received this phone at the end of February 2020. Here I am in November 2020 and it has stopped loading or holding a charge. Unacceptable and we can't even figure out how or if it's covered under warranty. Don't waste money! I also contacted the seller and he offered me 30.00 to solve the problem - unacceptable! Buyer Warning! I bought an extended warranty and as it was still under 1 year warranty there was nothing they could do.
