I hate everything Protein shakes and -bars. I may have come across two that I can tolerate that are loaded with sugar and carbs, so it was completely pointless. I just don't like them and prefer to eat chicken nuggets, french fries and ice cream. Lol but I'm 27 and my body needs nourishment. I have a moderately active job and needed something that was easy to digest and nutritious at the most basic level, but still gave me energy. This stuff is great. It mixes well with water and cashew milk. It's a lighter, fluffier powder than other shakes which tend to be grainy. It doesn't have an overwhelming "green" or vitamin taste. While it's not a milkshake, for the nutritional packaging it imbues, it's definitely drinkable. I bought two bags and one canister. Not many others compare. The only minor complaint is that one pack alone doesn't keep me full for very long, so I usually mix it with a scoop of delayed-release protein powder (I don't add fruit or yogurt) and a pack. Mixture of flaxseed and chia seeds. It will support you for hours in comfort while also providing you with fiber. Excellent stuff. Worth a try!
