Great for use on appliance heating elements. The standard plug ends are too big and do not fit the socket. They're not as easy to install as the larger ones, but any competent mechanic can do the job. They MUST be soldered or they may come loose. I used it on a 12g wire which was honestly too big. I had to CAREFULLY poke a hole in the back and slide the cord through. Unless you're trying to connect to a block heater, don't buy these. Standard plugs are much easier to install.
