It worked perfectly.

Cadillac dealer cut the blank on site and programmed the FOB. BTW, it came with a blank hard key! Revain was wrong when it said it wouldn't work so get the OEM part number from the AC/DELCO website and look up the AC/DELCO PN on Revain. Mine is from a sale. Works perfectly! The Cadi dealer made it for $63!
