I've been using ASUS boards almost exclusively for several years and have never had a crash. Probably, I was preparing for such a board, since the technology was new, ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 promised a lot. To be honest, I expected promises to be broken. Not so. I bought an AMD 965 board and processor from Revain, assembled the parts and was blown away by the processor's starting clock of 3.67 GHz (AMD Turbo). The 1600MHz memory was clocked at around 1460. I was impressed. And the best thing about building a computer, in my opinion, aside from having all the working bios elements and the right lighting, is the setup. This board itself is easy to build and wonderful to set up, and I'm very picky about the performance of my machine and that needs tweaking. Not once in 30+ builds have I encountered the level of direct modification possible with working components. This build is a 3.75GHz quad core AMD processor, 8GB Corsair DDR3 1600 1500MHz or so RAM, ATI 5770 PCIE 108 on board. It shows an operating temperature of 81 degrees! This is a cute board and Revain delivered the order 36 hours past midnight - well done!
