Review on VIVOSUN 332 GPH Air Pump - High-Performance 14W 4 Outlet for Aquarium and Hydroponic Systems - Efficient 21L/min Flow Rate by Tony Lawrence

I really like this 14w air pump. I had a 20 watt "commercial" pump. Terribly loud. Such an awkward thing. This device operates at about the same air level, but with a significant reduction in noise levels. The position as the crow flies is odd, to say the least. As others have pointed out, the line and manifold are placed on top of the pump. Strange design. But I found a solution - just rotate the big line a little to the side. This will get the manifold out of the way and make contact with the pump easier. The pump also comes with a resistance button which I laughed at when installing it. Why don't I have to open it wide at all? Well I use that thing all the time! There are 4 lines coming from the distributor. If you drop the line and only run 2 or 3. It's really nice to have a knob that you can use to easily turn down the output of the pump. One of those ones you don't know you want until you have them. I can't say anything about the durability of the pump, but so far so good. I highly recommend this pump if it meets your power and performance needs. Quality and quiet (considering the volume of air) Buy it.
