I'm a chef in the hospitality industry. These are pretty standard. I bought another CIA (Culinary Institute of America, not a government agency) ;). These were more than half the size. "What's that? Ant bags?!" These particular ones have a texture I'm not familiar with from those I've used in commercial kitchens, but it's not bad. I suppose they give you more control when things feel soft, silky, slippery and sticky in that department. These guys fit perfectly in a quart-sized deli container (which you get to-go), with the excess wrapping onto a cup inside-out to fill your toppings with less mess. They can be washed if you want to keep them. I used to wash them when I had a pair from work, but I don't even bother with a pack like this at home.
