Pillow was delivered very quickly, sealed and clean. Everything is standard, which is to be expected, but it's good that there were no failures or problems. The pillow itself is perfect for me, first of all it is incredibly soft, almost too soft, like a cloud. And it has a very small elevator. It's very thin and has an ingenious loft that may not suit many people, but it's good for stomach sleepers and people who are used to it and find flat layers more comfortable, like me. I usually lie down without a pillow or on the floor. And this pillow allows me to lie in bed and be comfortable while having a good supportive pillow that is very flat and soft, accurately simulating lying on a flat surface, which is what I find best for me while it is is still comfortable. This is a very expensive pillow but for me it was worth it. There are probably cheaper options that can give you the most value in the $40-$50 range.
