I like how easy it is to use! You can create custom reports for your team as well. The customer service was also great when we needed help with something during our implementation process. Nothing so far but this could be improved upon in other areas of functionality (ease of using). We are trying out different types of reporting options from various 3rd party services such as Tableau or QlikView etc., But since VICINITY has been working really good thusfar its hard not too explore all features yet. Reporting needs across multiple departments/teams at once - This helps us keep track of metrics which have helped improve productivity levels amongst employees who report through vicinities platform compared to previous systems they were used to priorly. Also being able to customize graphs & charts is very helpful because sometimes you may need more than what's available by default. It makes sense why people prefer A.
