In the picture of the packaging, the cord is neatly placed in foam boxes along with the bulbs. When I opened the box all the bulbs were already attached to the cord (even the instructions say to hang the cord before inserting the bulbs) and 2 are broken. Lightbulbs were squeezed into two boxes, in a box at the bottom of the box, then a string was tangled and tied over the lightbulbs, and above that the second box of lightbulbs was placed upside down. When I plugged them in, 4 more bulbs blew out. It doesn't even have enough spare bulbs to replace those that have already arrived, which need to be replaced right out of the box.
