Having been involved with planters for many years, shoes have become very important to me. This is by far the best shoe I have found for meeting the need for proper arch support. The funny thing is that I never had a herd of streams until recently. I accidentally tried them on in the store one day. If you have high arches, check out the creeks. I ended up buying Ghosts and Bedlams. Initially I thought the Ghosts would be more comfortable and suitable for everyday walks, but after using both Brooks over the past month I found the Bedlambs to be better suited to my feet. We run at least 3 miles every day and this shoe offers perfect support and comfort. The Ghost are great shoes too, but I feel they lack the support I needed. Maybe it's too soft.
