Honesty is my reviewing policy!Over the years, I have come to much prefer garden sprayers that use the thumb-lever control method of discharging water. This method allows for much more precise control over the strength and pressure of the water release, regardless of the spray pattern that is being used.This is in contrast to spring-loaded hand levers on the majority of garden spray nozzles which are very difficult to precisely control the water pressure while using. Additionally, the ergonomics of the thumb lever are less fatiguing and ergonomic.THis FANHAO Garden Hose Wand is of the Thumb Control type and is extremely well-built and very robust in construction. 16" long allows for great overhead or soil-level watering. 8 different spray patterns are easily selectable by turning the outer ring to the desired pattern. The head can be rotated 180 degrees for even better directional spray. Control of water pressure is highly manageable which is critical when watering tender plants and soil to assure that watering is sufficient, but not at a pressure that will disrupt the soil, or cause damage to plants.The wand connects to standard size hoses and includes two spare rubber washers as replacements in case of wear or degradation of one that is in the wand. The comfort level of using this wand is outstanding and allows for long use without fatigue. I use it in my garden to water all of our raised beds and plants; clean equipment; hose down our dogs, and many other uses.all with easy comfort and controllability.I find this Garden Wand unequivocally a FIVE STAR winner, and have no hesitation giving it my honest and very hearty recommendation.
