Waste of time and money
I ordered it for my sister, accurate description of her phone. She spent HOURS trying to get it to work and unsuccessfully talked to several 'assistants'. I have ordered products that are not the best. However, with this product, I wasn't even the one trying to connect it to my phone. However, it was so hard for her that just watching it drove me crazy. There is nothing more shameful than receiving a gift for someone, seeing their excitement and then not being able to use it.
