The new pen cannot be synced with the phone, so the pen is disabled. Not easy to install. Could have used better instructions.

It doesn't fulfill certain functions. I thought it would do the same thing as the original pen, but I'm having a hard time getting it to do certain functions.

Pen is trying to sync with my phone but fails every time. Unfortunately I'm sending it back. Based on my own experience and similar reviews this is not worth the money.

Arrived on time but I ordered a black pen and got a white one instead. The seller understood the confusion. It's not Bluetooth, which I don't believe in, which was fine with me. However, the pen didn't last long. It broke after a while. This is a good temporary solution, but if you need a longer lasting replacement stylus, choose a better brand or, based on my experience, if possible contact the company you bought your device from.

I thought I got a good discount on a replacement pen. I lost my original while traveling. It looks good, it fits in the slot, but it doesn't work with the camera functions like the original. I've taken this S Pen to 3 different ATT stores, I've taken it to a cell phone repair shop and this guy is a genius. And nobody can make it work. Now I'm stuck with a useless tool that I can't use for what I need it for. I could save my 13.00 on food.

Many people complain that this replacement stylus doesn't sync and can't use Bluetooth. It does what I need, I rarely used it anyway. It's for show only. When I take it out, my phone recognizes it and I can do what I used to do. Don't get stuck. I hope it isn't.

It turns out that the spring mechanism at the end of the needle is broken. Don't waste your money on this cheap stylus. Not worth the headache. I will return it as soon as possible.

I ordered it for my sister, accurate description of her phone. She spent HOURS trying to get it to work and unsuccessfully talked to several 'assistants'. However, it was so hard for her that just watching it drove me crazy. There is nothing more shameful than receiving a gift for someone, seeing their excitement and then not being able to use it.
