Well made and no rust yet.
I used these to hang some numerous hanging plants on our pergola in our backyard. It's been a few weeks and so far no sign of rust. Usually the plastic coverings are a quick dip type of material but on these they are a much better quality. At the end of the thread, there is a type of stop plate. So when you screw it in, it gets to that plate and I think that helps to keeps any water out. Nice touch. There pretty heavy duty so come tomato season, I will use a few to hang my tomato plants. I also used one in the garage to hang my daughter's bicycle and it works great for that too.
