Well I received a very clean, like new laptop. It was in like-new condition. I just couldn't turn it on! I called support and they put me in touch with tech support and they very kindly helped me to find the power button (I thought the fingerprint reader was the power button 🤪). The computer improved its brain and everything was going great until I discovered that the 4 keys on the keyboard weren't working. I've uninstalled keyboard drivers, rebooted, etc. to no avail. I called customer service again and was able to get the prepaid shipping label and replacement guarantee with no problem. Unfortunately the computer had some issues but the buttons were weird so I don't blame them as I knew it was a refurbished unit. I would buy from them again.
