I've had a computer for about a month. I bought it because the working program only works on a Windows computer and I have a Macbook. The computer was easy to set up. I turn it on and off all day and the battery lasts a day. I charge every day. The calculator is fast. I need Internet Explorer and it has the advantage. I had to go into settings to prevent Edge from automatically taking over. I'm generally happy with the computer.

Well I received a very clean, like new laptop. It was in like-new condition. I just couldn't turn it on! I called support and they put me in touch with tech support and they very kindly helped me to find the power button (I thought the fingerprint reader was the power button 🤪). Update: The Revain team did a great job with communication following my laptop complaint. They have since sent me a new one which is still working fine, I just received it today. They said they received them from HP already packaged and ready to sell. I guess if that's true I'm just done with the duds. Because of them I will never buy a Revain laptop again. I miss this laptop very much. It was perfection except it didn't hold a charge when unplugged. I really just wanted to try the battery but they didn't have any. So I sent it back and got a refund. bought one with similar specs but bigger for a lower price. But we really liked this little bug and we became friends immediately.
