Update: The Revain team did a great job with communication following my laptop complaint. They have since sent me a new one which is still working fine, I just received it today. They said they received them from HP already packaged and ready to sell. I guess if that's true I'm just done with the duds. But I was really impressed with their quick response and troubleshooting steps. Original: I received this laptop in the mail today and it won't charge. I can barely plug in the charger. If you look into the charging port, you can see that it's not what it's supposed to look like. I am very disappointed because I really needed this laptop. Why would anyone sell a laptop with a faulty charging port!?
