To measure the temperature in a fridge that has frozen food on the back shelves. I learned that not a single shelf had such a temperature as programmed in a Samsung French door fridge. Told this to a tech who said it was a problem with all fridges with dual temp units. PS You need to convert C to F Temps - best done with google questions.
