Did a good job with a worn steering wheel airbag

Restored Vintage Class B Motorhome. The Air Bad steering wheel pad is worn showing its age. Bought light gray and black to match my medium gray steering wheel and dash. It's hard to find the right match. A little goes a long way. Start with a lighter color and gradually add black. Like mixing paint or gelcoat. I had a good match, but when dry it was darker than it looked wet. Not perfect, but close enough. MUCH better than it was. Worth the effort. Pro tip: Preparation is everything. Make sure you clean the area well with rubbing alcohol otherwise nothing will stick to the surface. Just like color. There is a lot of product so mix slowly and mix just enough for the area you are treating. Also, have some rubbing alcohol and a rag or paper towel handy if you don't need any of the products. I used cotton swabs. Get it before it's dry! Use gloves as the substance is difficult to wash off the skin. Don't ask how I know that.
