The ability to be able to customize it very easily, we can use any template or design from our own library so no problem here. It's not much of an issue but I feel like there is something missing from the UI/UX side in terms of creating custom elements with ease. For example you cannot drag&drop your element into the page because when you upload a picture for some reason its being blocked by red lines (can't see what exactly). If you want easy customization this service has got you covered! As far as UI/ UX goes it looks pretty simple which makes sense since they have their own templates. There isn't really anything I dislike about zembula other than the fact that sometimes it might take just a little bit longer then we expect for our customers' sites to load up. This allows us time to tweak things where necessary. Our customer experience management tool helps them track their lead flow so.
