My daughter and I sometimes want to do retro hair (like 40's waves or something) and sleep in curlers. Sponges --- we're not crazy! laugh out loud! We don't have a hooded dryer so she's sleeping. Using a scarf over it will help keep everything in place and will help keep the curls in place. I only have one silk scarf but it's small and a (hand to hand) Hermes which I keep in a special box for special occasions! (no curlers!) They are perfect! The big ones are very easy to knit. You are way prettier than I expected! The print is nice and bright. They look great with a coat or whatever, and are strong enough that curlers won't ruin them (I can't say metal curlers/brushes will work, but plastic sponges are fine). a fashionista to know how to tie and style them for everyday wear but i have to learn!
