I went off the size guide and purchased a 2X/3X, which felt a little big on me. I then ordered L/XL and it snug just as I wanted. Do feel that there is too much material in the thong area. always have to pull the sides down due to it rising up to high. May just be because I have a small torso but will be ordering more in a smaller size. The straps also tend to dig in, I did have to make some alterations to the straps to make them more comfortable.
