Got this for my husband for our vacation. He usually wears 10.5 shoes but said the fit is good as he didn't want it too loose. He didn't wear this until the 2nd day on our trip and when he did, he didn't even touch his other sandals. He says it is way more comfortable like ankle socks, kept the sand out (unlike flip flops where the sand is constantly rubbing against his skin around the thongs as he walked), way easier to walk/run on sand, and not worry getting poked when swimming in the ocean. The gift shop had similar ones with colorful designs (he liked the simple black) but they were more than $40. Get this instead! Not sure how long the fabric will last long-term. We don't vacay much and placed this in lost & found before we left for someone else to use. We will def buy again for our next beach getaway
