Major defect on in-ear headphones

They sounded great straight away. I have a 1000XM3 and a Soundcore Liberty Pro. After 10 minutes they switched off while listening to music. They were fully charged. I put them back in the case and plugged them back in. Same thing happened, they switched off. Factory reset but they still turn off. I reset it again and the same. Totally disappointed with the Sony quality.
