Does not pop out 19 inches as listed at

I bought this mount because the advertised extended length is 19 inches, which is 4 inches longer than other similar units. I selected this item over some others specifically for the longer range, however the description is incorrect and this unit only extends 15 inches.

Pros

. Ultra slim design, just 2.1 inches thick from the back of the TV, pops out 19 inches for a clean and flat look. Full 180 degree pan and +5 degree and -15 degree tilt for maximum viewing angle.
