Review on ASICS Gel Contend Running Shoes for Men in Carbon Medium - Athletic Footwear by Mike Bonilla

I first read about this shoe on a review site. They said these shoes are great for running and are very durable. The only downside was that some felt it was too tight. I chose this shoe because I have narrow feet. Last year I bought a pair of Hoka shoes for over $150 that didn't even last 8 months. I'm a nurse, so I walk a lot. These ASIC shoes are very comfortable and fit my feet perfectly. They are better than one of my Hokas but not as comfortable as the other pair. However, the other pair broke after 7 months simply due to normal wear and tear. So far these ASICS seem to be solid. Very convenient. The only downside I found is that the laces are too long so I have to double knot them. Overall good support. I had no long-term pain in my legs or more than usual. No back pain either. Fairly stiff sole with good flex near the toes. I am very happy with them.
