Review on 🚧 Reflective Visibility Construction Standards by Tekware by Brad Jeffress

So I bought this item for work and when it got to my house it was in good condition with 4 ice packs but after a few uses threads come loose i just burned them and it still looks good but when i opened the zip package of the clothes i found that the only instructions on the ice packs were all in chinese and the label only had english so you got cleaning instructions, size, what it is made of and good old (made in china) but you don't get anything in english how to fill ice packs. that has some powder in it.
